These terms govern your use of the Launch Web Co website and services. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Launch Web Co.
We provide website design, development and hosting services. Specific deliverables, timelines and pricing are agreed in writing on a per-project basis. The free draft is provided with no obligation to purchase.
Fees, payment terms and hosting plans will be confirmed in writing before any chargeable work begins. You only pay once you approve your finished site, unless otherwise agreed.
You are responsible for providing accurate information and any content, imagery or credentials required for us to complete the work, and for ensuring you have the rights to use materials you supply.
Upon full payment of any applicable fees, ownership of the final site's custom content transfers to you. Third-party assets, plugins and frameworks remain subject to their respective licences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
Either party may end an engagement in writing. Any work completed up to termination remains payable if we've moved past the free-draft stage and paid work has been agreed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
